Clothes

GIRLS

Creative Movement and Intro to Dance: Any solid color or simple patterned unitard or leotard with tights. Dance skirts may be worn. No costumes

Tap/Jazz/Contemporary/Ballet: Any color leotard or fitted tank top with dance shorts or leggings and tights. NO jeans or loose fitted clothing.

Hip Hop: Comfortable clothing. EX: Dance shorts, leggings, capris, and a fitted tank or t-shirt. NO Jeans

Pre-ACRO/ACRO: Any color leotard or unitard. Fitted tank top and dance shorts may be worn. *NO jewelry *NO loose fitted clothing

**All long hair must be tied back out of the dancers face.

BOYS

Creative Movement/Intro to Dance/Tap/Jazz/Contemporary/Ballet: Fitted T-Shirt or tank top, shorts or pants that allow the knees to be seen, nothing too baggy.

Hip Hop: Comfortable clothing. No jeans.

Pre-ACRO/ACRO: Fitted t-shirt or tank top and shorts. *NO jewelry*

**All long hair must be tied back out of the dancers face.

SHOES

GIRLS

Creative Movement and Intro to Dance: Pink ballet shoes and matte black buckle tap shoes.

Tap: Matte black buckle tap shoes (grades 2-4 non competition), Matte black solid sole tap shoes (grades 5-12 and all competition dancers).

Jazz: Solid tan slip on jazz shoes.

Contemporary: Tan slip on lyrical/contemporary footies

Ballet: Pink ballet shoes. (Pointe shoe information will be given to those who are deemed ready to go on pointe)

Hip Hop: TBD in each hip hop class. Jazz shoes or clean sneakers may be used for practice.

Pre-ACRO/ACRO: Dancers will be bare foot while in class.

BOYS

Creative Movement/Intro to Dance/Tap/Jazz/Contemporary: Shoes for boys should be black.

Hip Hop: TBD in each hip hop class. Jazz shoes or clean sneakers may be used for practice.

Pre-ACRO/ACRO: Dancers will be bare foot while in class.
